Hoteliers Sandy and Angelo Elliott have sold their rebuilt castle-like mansion with a 14-car garage and $14m price guide.
Christies agent Peter Anderson, who shared the listing with LJ Hooker principal Bill Malouf, couldn’t disclose the price achieved for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home at 18 Martin Road, Centennial Park due to a confidentiality agreement, saying only “it was a solid price”.
He was also unable to reveal the identity of the buyers, saying only they weren’t from Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
